Zoloft

Can anyone share with me their experiences on Zoloft? I'm currently on 100 mg for anxiety and it appears to be helping. I still have moments of anxiety but I try to breathe through those moments. Does not happen nearly as often. Thanks!

Oh that is so good to hear. Even if you get some relief, at least it breaks the cycle and in the long run can help lower your anxiety level. Breathing through the moments you do have anxiety is a great way to handle it. I am so happy for you. Continued good luck.

I just did a post regarding this medication - sertraline which is Zoloft. I want to start taking them but nervous of side effects as have a 5 month old! Fingers crossed. Glad it’s helping you
