My dad is easygoing and nice. He gets stuck in between my mom and I often. My mom has a personality that she has to have the last word and she often says rude and out of line things. I am saving up to move out by next year. Are there any suggestions that anyone has? She contributes to my anxiety a lot.

hi Katie one thing may i suggest when you fright fire you use fire to help win the battle, you say your mum is difficult and your say she has to have the last word, i once tried this and it worked for me but you never now, when your mum starts to rise a point or whatever starts her off i thing i did and that was to stay silent don't give her anything to speak back to you, in fact just get up walk out the room and go somewhere you know your going to be safe, but also your mum can't enter to continue, i'm not saying it works for everyone it work for me hope this helps, please let me know how things go take care your friend Alan xx
