Anyone else hear the pulse if there ear when lied down but then sometimes u can't in at the same time and then u get the weirdest feeling

I hear it sometimes.. Its random.. Some people have told me that it's due to high blood pressure. My Dr has told me I don't have high blood pressure so who knows why it happens.. Maby it is due to the Anxiety.. 😕😔

had It last night love felt like my heart was beating In my head and weird sound like you can hear blood swoshing through. Your ears. Had it many times nothing I worry about.xx
