Just having a bad day really. Feeling dizzy and off balance finding my breathing shallow and surroundings feel confusing and blurry. Frustrated as I keep bringing it on my self with late nights and things I'm my own worst enemy!!

Just a bad day
I completely sympathize with you sometimes the anxiety itself feeds bad habits . All I can say is your not alone and I hope tomorrow is a better day for you.
You need to control your breathing in the long term and your GP should suggest ways to, try, Take deep breaths you will be gasping for air and you need to slow down your breathing and making yourself take deep breaths can possibly help
Make an appointment with your surgery and your doctor will decide if you need tests to determine if there is any problems.
You could try the deep breathing exercise I mentioned on an earlier post, although your doctor is there in partnership with you when health problems arrive.
Shallow rapid breathing will cause dizzy turns and that needs looking into

I'm having a bad day today taking forever to shake it off. I've had a good few days felt great cant be too greedy lol. Thats the thing with anxiety and panick you have good days and bad, ill ride It out. Nice to know when someone's having good days as well as bad especially for those who have just been diagnosed with it. Bless them it can be so scary but they will learn to cope like us Long term sufferers. Great post ty. Xxxx
