Hot and feeling like I'm gonna pass out is it from my anxiety?

I get super hot out of no where and then I feelvlike im gonna pass out but in front of a fan it goes away , ugh i hate this ! Anyone with anxiety get this ?

Some antidepressants cause hot flushes, may be that if you are on any.

I get this it's worse when I take pregnisalon steroid but I don't know why it happens spoken to my specialist but he doesn't know either

I did get night sweats as well but found out I have sleep apnoea now with a breathing c pap machine it's better the sleep specialist said it could be my body in stress and that brings on the sweating

Hot flashes go with panic attacks a lot. Also, how old are you? your not old enough for menopause are you? OR are you even female, lol I get hot flashes a lot, already been through menopause, maybe, sometimes I think once it starts you just have it forever But also sugar gives me hot flashes, if I eat a piece of candy, a couple min. later I'll get a hot flash then I remember I just ate candy. I'm not a diabetic,

Its been like this every since I started menopause. I keep a small fan by where ever I sit in each room, I HATE being too hot !! I hate super hot summer days, they are as useless to me as super cold winter days with all the snow ( I live in Michigan) either way I'm trapped in the house. I love Fall, and of course its the shortest season. all the Beautiful colors, the moesketoes go away, you can wear sweatshirts and take great walks and work out side with out sweating til your sopping wet !! I need a place that has Fall weather year round, lol, of course that's just one of the small problems in my life
