I think with anxiety we can go through a stage where we struggle to sleep but then our bodies need to sleep eventually & sounds like you might be catching up on some well needed rest
Try not to worry as I have had both to x
I have been so sleepy lately and I hate it I worry something is wrong with me. But if you look at the list of symptoms of anxiety fatigue is a common one.
