Yeah anxiety causes dizziness and to reduce that dizziness do something that makes you feel good!!
Like yesterday before sleep I was too anxious and my stomach churn was too high!!
But outside it was raining and cool wind was flowing(pardon my english)!!
So I went there and that touch of breeze made me relieved and then I tried to sleep !!
Though I did not get deep sleep but got somewhat sleep!!!
Yeah i would say it could definitely be the culprit- or maybe a bug? Sometimes when i'm run down things get worse. Have you tried the usuals- deep breathing, water, distracting yourself- talking to a friend? I hope it improves. Maybe a psychologist could help with some tips. Mine has told me to do meditation and deep breathing. i know it's hard to focus on that when you're feeling sick but fingers crossed something helps!
Hi this is a problem Rhat I often experience, apparently it is caused by not breathing correctly, for example when you are stressed or anxious we tend to sub consciously hold our breath, perhaps try taking a few deep breaths, it helps me, remember to breathe xx
