Going crazy

Have this weird sensation. In my nose or throat feeling as if im not getting enough air have to keep taking deep breaths feels as if im going to go crazy will these feeling ever go away I stopped taking my citrol. After nine days doc is saying anxiety. But I don't know someone put my mind at ease as I'm so afrAid

You have been checked over by the Doctor & they cannot find anything physically wrong so I would say it is your anxiety

When we think there is something wrong we focus so much on it that we feel it 100 times more than someone without anxiety

Have you tried using something like Vicks or Olbasoil ( think I have spelling is wrong there you can rub both on a tissue & if you smell that it can help you to feel you are breathing better

If you have stopped your meds it may be better if you let your Doctor know that you have ...tell them again & again till they listen how you feel & how you feel about the meds , eventually they will listen even though I know it is so frustrating sometimes getting them to
