Tough nights

Does anyone ever feel a tight band around the head and feeling like their eyes are dropping and if we move our head up or walk then we'll suddenly faint? This usually happens just at night. I feel better during the day but very anxious during the night. Can someone please help with this.

Hi yes I've had similar to this n is ur head sometimes feel as though it's gonna drop off !!!

Sounds a daft way of explaining it but it's all ways worse when u walk round
