The list can go on & on what symptoms we feel when we have anxiety , it is amazing just how many we can get & everyone is different but the one's you mention are pretty common & I have had those with many more over the years

Have you seen a Doctor about your symptoms ?

Always wise to have a word with them when we get a new one just to check there is nothing physically wrong ( which usually there isn't ) and then when we get the all clear we can start working on the fear creating the anxiety and the symptoms start to subside in time x

Oh yeah i have seen many of doctors and always the same responce.
