do you ever feel like there's an actual weight behind your eyes and cloudy in your head? because ive been feeling like that a lot lately and its really discomforting im still happy, and can laugh at jokes but that feeling is there and it scares me

Yes I think I've felt something similar to that but when you feel cloudy in your head and eyes for me it's pretty discomforting and scary yeah

Do you have any ways to combat it? I feel like it will never go away and I mull over why I could be feeling it then worry about stupid things
