So tired

Hi so all day I've been feeling exhausted and really wanted to come home to sleep. When I got home I slept for two and a half hours and now I'm awake I feel exhausted again and just want to sleep more.

Please help, is there something wrong with me?

(I recently had a blood test so I'm not anaemic or anything)

I constantly feel exhausted and could sleep all day. I think it's because I feel so anxious all day it is just mentally draining. I am on constant alert all day and my mind is continually worrying about anything and everything. How are you anxiety levels at the minute??
