pain behind ear

I have been having this pain in the bone behind my left ear for the past 3 days. There is some redness and my chest is starting to hurt now. Ihave a feeling that the chest pain is from my anxiety from this ear thing. Should I go in to see my doctor or wait a couple days to see if it goes away?

If I were you I would wait a couple of days because I know how you feel,

The ear pain could be something small or stress related, and the chest pain could be attributed to the anxiety which would make you feel like it's way worse than it is. Wait about 3-5 days and if you don't feel any better try and get a check up

This sounds to me like it could be your lymph nodes... which simply means your body could be fighting off some kind of minor infection, a cold, something uncomplicated. Unless the pain is severe, I would wait... I had this same thing a number of months ago...it went away...
