What is happening every night when I wake up I'm sweating like dripping wet! My hearts racing super fast feel like it's just going to give up also I feel like my throats going to close up. WHY AM I SWEATING SOO MUCH with a fast heartbeat is this something serious???

the more you think of it all the more your mind brain likes to f**K with you as you been thinking of it all be for so thats how it deals with it all you body mind cant hurt you none of it at all may may think it can you think it can and its all real fills real its not ok trust me 100% panic anxiety all it cant not hurt you in any way ok x

Hey, I had this as soon as I started having anxiety. As soon as I start feeling better it goes away then I stress and it comes back again. Its like when I sleep my brain processes all my worries and makes me sweat like it would if I was stressed when I'm awake but in overdrive! Xx
