Hello everyone, I haven't been on here n awhile been super busy but just giving u guys a update on my anxiety. I've been doing OK I just ignore my symptoms and I started 2 live a healthier life, I eat healthy and I exercise and it helps tremendously! Exercising really is a stress reliever it's helping with my anxiety!

Well your living proof that what they tell us actually works! Im definitely gonna start and exercise class - pilates or yoga to start with (I'm such an unfit slob!)
