I have a fear of losing control. So yeah

I am so convinced there is something wrong with me that docs are missing I fear lossing controll too, the veins in my hands turn blue and I panic ever so much about them all the time I obsess with everything I am always so tired and have muscle twitches my biggest fear is als, but I just know I have something for an ent appointment in the morning

Yes yes ! I am scared of the doctors hospitals and illness, I don't take tablets as I am scared of medication due to side effects in the past.
