Do i need to worry with my heart? Im 17 years old male. 200pounds Last month but now 190pounds. :)) Last month i have really bad anxiety and panic problems. But now, i think im winning anxiety. My question is do i need to worry with my heart? Last month i have 2ecg all normal, x ray normal, bloodworks normal, normal blood pressure. My fear is we hve history of diabetes, my grandfather died bcause of it. But im not in the earth when he died. Do i need to worry?

As you have had tests done & they have all come back normal I would say you should not be worried

As long as your doctor is happy then I would put your trust in them & start living & enjoying your life

Eat healthy , exercise & look after yourself & please remember just because a family member may have had a certain health problem does not mean the same will be

I'm not sure if diabetes is hereditary. However I wouldn't start worrying yet as your only 17. What i would suggest is to eat sensibly and do some form of exercise as this is proven to help.
