I've got myself into a sleeping routine where I go to bed at 8pm and wake up between 4.30 am and 7pm, why do I feel very anxious as soon as I wake up? Anyone have this problem too? Amy xx

Cracked the sleeping routine but why am I very anxious as soon as I wake up?
Yes, I went through anxiousness two three years ago, but didn't realized. I constantly think that i wanted everything needs to be done ahead of time and has to be perfectly.
When I got up in the morning, started to thinking what needs to be done and off course it is a long list always. To order to be done, I constantly work without resting, eat and drink all day. At first, I was just happy about I'd done so many things, also means I can control the situations (I'm very disciplines). Then one day with all the responsibilities, I started worrying about my boyfriend then was having a stroke, my son got a broken nose, my house got flooded at the same time. All all of these, i can't control it, I couldn't sleep, I'm exhausted and worrying. After a month, my son got better, the stroke needs to monitor, and the house need to get fix. I started to feeling sick and diagnosed with skin lupus.
I wanted to live simple to reduce my stress that I have to live to taking care my 12 yrs old son. No more boyfriend, not much activity due to skin lupus rash. But I do keep doctor visits, work. I eat healthy, no gluten, resting and do what I like when I was younger before all the responsibilities.
I monitor my symptoms to reduce imflamation so I can sleep at night. I'm not worried about my schedule when I get up in the morning, I do one thing of the time and only if I can do it, i ask for more helps than do everything by my own.
Anxious is from our imagination controls by the brain, the brain connects to nerve systems. I learn how to accept who I am, my situation and work from there.
If we can find the reason of your anxiousness, we can work on reducing it, meditation is the medical for the healthy brain. Try different methods to see what best for you.
Good lucks.
