Off and on headahces

So I was diagnosed with anxiety about a month ago, it runs through my family. But for the past week I have been having off and on short headaches only on the right side of my head, it starts just above my eyebrow and goes all the way back behind my ear, and sometimes down below my eye. They have been getting better the past few days, but I'm also experiencing pressure in my eyes and I am very tense in my neck. I just want to know if these are symptoms that I should go see my doctor about
