Ur welcome. I know that it feels hard sometimes like u can't control it. Some days I'm good other days I feel like I'm losing my mind. I can sometimes talk myself out of the anxiety but these past 2 day's I haven't really been able to. If u would ever like to chat u can pm me

For sure yes you to if you ever need to talk pm me too and hang in there girl I know how hard it is especially when ppl say "its just in your mind" BLAH BLAH :/ I try to read or listen to calm music helps sometimes :/
