I find these intrusive are about killing myself( I wouldn't act on these thoughts of course) I find when you find reason of finding these thoughts you then realise it's all anxiety and what's causing these obsessive thoughts, they make you feel sick I'll. the only reason you keep on going with these thoughts is that your worried one day you may lose control and actually do it. Well you won't I won't. People who actually want to end there life's actually enjoy the thought they don't worry about it. So for people out there having intrusives thoughts your not alone and will you get through this. If you want to talk I'm here.
