Hey.. Don't worry u r not alone.. I am 18 and suffer from health anxiety, it started not so long ago when I had a sharpe pain in my chest.. Ever since then I keep thinkin somet is seriously wrong with me even though I've been doctors 4 times and A&E 3 times for them to tell me it's all in my head. I hate it, from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to sleep it's constantly on my mind! I am constantly lookin for symtoms which makes it worse. I hope u feel better soon, try and take ur mind off it :)

I get like that to if I see somthing on tv I automatically think I got that same thing en up going to the ER and they run all kinda test and nothing comes up so I know what u mean

Hey :)

When I start feeling like that I start taking deep breaths and force myself to concentrate on something positive.

Keep taking your med let it build up in your system

And if you been on it long and you don't feel relief they say adding therapy will help it along.

I used to freak out about this everyday!

Until I saw a doctor and she said "everyone is mortal, which means it doesn't matter which way, how old or when but one day our time will come. It's best to live each day to the fullest :). Enjoy being with your friends and family" ever since then when I feel that dread coming on I go and do something fun with my kids.

Hope this helps :)

Yaz

One thing that I find has helped me a lot is to just think of the Now. Right now, this moment is all you really have, you will always be in the Now, not in the past or in the future. Its best to keep busy and enjoy the present, hope this helps you feel better.
