Hello all, hope your doing well. For the last few weeks or so I have been feeling like I'm sick and dying, my body hurts all the time.

And that's all I think about all the time and it's impacting my life. I have had this feeling before about 2 years ago. Is it anxiety, stress etc. is this normal and how can I resolve it. Thank you for your time and suggestions.

I went through a time in my life when I thought I was dieing from something and I was worrying about every little pain , for me I had too get into a routine and get better sleep cause ei was scared I wouldn't wake up if i went too sleep but you just gotta stay positive and if your really worried go too the doctors they won't lie too you and it will help get it off your mind. every little thing scared me you just gotta live just remember that your not alone!

I went to the Doctors and They said I'm fine or at least nothing to worry, but my body tells me different. I hope it will will pass in time. Thank you for the advise. And the quick reply. Have a good evening.
