I have mild shooting pain on top left side of head mostly in evening timr 3 times a week.i feel very depressed and anxious about this pain

Due to anxiety I am getting dizziness with no head pain during day time.very stressed nd depressed.

If your very stressed maybe the tension is causing the head pain. I get a sore jaw when I'm stressed cos I clench my teeth in my sleep. I find lying on the floor listening to very calm music helps me relax. I sometimes do this before I go to bed so I am not going robed all wound up. The lying helps relax the muscles. Try some deep breaths. Hope the pain subsides quickly for you.

Hi sam,dont worry about this pain,I had it too.its all anxiety related.mine would stab me in the temple,then on the top of my skull,then it go to the back of my head...had me very worried for a while,until my sister told me she had it too,and guess what ..it disappeared..I too have dizziness during the day..worse when im under pressure or hurried.can hardly walk sometimes..but seriously dont worry about the pain,and it will go...much love Miarose xxxx.
