I'm the same with the dentist.

Does your dentist know you suffer with anxiety ?

I might be an idea to call a head and explain, most dentist are good at keeping you calm.

Also have you tried rescue remedy?

I see a dentist who deals with people with anxiety but I think even she is struggling with me. I have been offered gas and air but don't want to go down that route.
