I took nytol(not herbal) tonight as insomnia has been awful and just as I was drifting off awike with panic in chest amd cannot relax-am exhausted-any ideas??

Thanks gardener x have haf a few hours of broken sleep nut every time wake have these horrid walls of tension in my chest-these are symptoms I have only had for few weeks and find them unbearable-am trying to get a gp appt today x
