Trust me from experience does'nt take a lot to trigger things.
you have to back track, and find the emotion that kicked it all off.
Then try and grow from it.

I'm sorry you are feeling down at the mo, I know it's easy to say and not so easy to do but try and not dwell on it, I always think when I'm in a rut(kinda in one myself) that as soon as you hit bottom you can only go up.
Keel your chin-up, trust me it will all get better xx

Sorry to hear this, hope you feel better soon,
I think indeed, life goes up and then it goes down, I think that might be what is happening, just a couple of steps backwards. But then you will bounce forwards again.
If you are able to engage in any fun activities perhaps do this for a few days and you'll notice that you'll feel on top again.
Things like bowling, Iceskating, swimming, dance classes, watching movies. Things to take your mind off of how you feel.

I have taken all comments on board.
I suffer a lot with pain, on which this brings me down.
So, pain and anxiety don't go very well together.
With having a young family, my work is well cut out, I love them to bits, as we all know it doesn't take much to bring on anxiety, on which we all know.
