Have you been to see your GP ?

It would help you to phone the Samaritans or child line I think you sound like you really need someone to talk to as well as talking on here

They will talk you through how you are feeling & it is private & confidential what ever you tell them

Welcome to the site

I'm sorry you're feeling so low. The grieving process takes as long as it takes and it's perfectly natural that you should still be missing your mum. However it sounds like you need some support.

Please try and go to see you GP. Print off a copy of your post and give it to her/him if you think that'll be easier than talking.

You're 17 so are you still in education? if so is there a counselling service you can access?

Please keep posting on here so we are able to support you.

Hello maryp. Well done for posting on here, do you have anyone with you who you could talk to about how you are feeling right now?

If not use one of the phone numbers whywhy has posted, because sometimes we need to talk to someone when we are so upset.

Please let the people on this site help you ,give us more info,who do you live with?Is there people near who care for you,we care,we want to help if we can.your mum will want you to be strong,there is nothing wrong thinking about her all the time,it's grieving .please let us know how you are,take care.
