Hi Lowtongirl.

Try deep breathing or listen to music it usually helps. Don't let it spoil your journey.

Stay strong Kennyxxx

Thanks Kenny, got my iPad with me for my music, and I do the breathing.I know I'll be fine, just got the jitters ATM .Anne xxx

Dear Lowton girl,

Keep up with the music. Does it help to think about the postive things you will be doing with your family when you get there?

Anxiety likes to stay home so it throws up lots of reasons and feelings to make sure you stay in. You're being brave and the symptoms will ease :)

Thinking of you.

Let us know how you get on.xxx

Thanks for the supporters. The thought of being with my family is keeping me going, but I feel better being on the move.Done this journey countless times,s I know I'll be ok,will keep you al up to date.Anne xxxc
