Just want to thank everybody on this site for sharing/supporting each other. Only us understands how it feels to suffer from an unseen illness.

I pray that everybody remains strong and embrace the good times and good things we do when anxiety has given us a break.

Thanks for that.

I have had a not so good week and felt a bit scared that I was/am going backwards. I am trying so very hard to not be so anxious and see all the positives that I have but ssure is hard at times.

Hoping next week will be better.
