Looking forward.....

I always finish my night shifts at work feeling run down with anxiety and tension, even though i only do 4 nights every fortnight. Not that its too stressful but when u suffer from anxiety even trivial things get out of propotion, also the fact that its night time makes things even worse. Not that i like working at night but due to anxiety and avoiding stressful day job i have no other choice.

So i always look forward to Fridays as i finish Friday morning and won't be back at work for the next 10 days!!! now im heading for swimming to distress and relax in the spa.I feel run down now but on my way back back will be on top of the world. It really works and i'll recommend it to anyone who is down in mood to give it a go.

cheerio!!!
