I've had a horrible sore throat for days now but now I can't seem to stop using the toilet. I go for a wee and a bit later I am back on the toilet. It's not fun. I am wondering if this is anxiety or a water infection? I guess I need to see my doctor this week. Has anyone had this?

When I have a cold or bad throat etc I pee all day and all night. It's your body trying to flush out the virus.
I'm NOT a doctor or medically trained but it sounds pretty normal to me.
Anxiety also makes me pee a lot as well.
Could have a urine infection. Need to drink a lot to flush it out. Is it painful when you have a wee
