Oh Holly

You made me laugh , thought you were going to get a detention , I was never out of them when I was at school , in fact used to put myself in them , to save them the trouble , but have to admit wouldnt like to be having that feeling again , not now anyway !

And yes you are paying for it & I might just feel inclined to let them no I was !

Think there is more than you though at the moment feeling a little intimidated with their CBT , so not sure if this is how it works or what , but to me you shouldnt be made to feel that way

Let us no how it goes :)

Hope you enjoyed your day in Leeds with your sister :)

Love

When I first went to CBT I found the 'homework' really hard as I was feeling so bl..dy awful and could see no light at the end of the tunnel. But as time went on, and I started to feel better, I could relate more to what he wanted me to do and put some of the 'homework' into practice. Maybe this will be the same for you.

P.S. I also got loads of detentions at school....
