Hope you got some sleep

Have you taken all of your antibiotics yet ?

Sometimes if I have had an infection I can need an extra course , not always but sometimes , so if you have & you dont think its cleared up & still causing you problems then I would go back , if you havnt finished all the course , it can take till you have before you feel better , but it will be right soon
