Yeah I slept...

I went to bed last night with a positive mind.. I will sleep. I read for a bit had a nice herbal tea and listen to some mindfulness. I fell asleep and didn't wake until about 6! :) I was so calm this morning and happy I had no worries. Went out with my daughter and took the dog out. However right now I can feel my anxiety .... Feel tied, starting to feel weepy, feeling tense across my collar bone. I don't know where the heck this has come from... Trying to keep it under control and keep busy. Hope I can, don't want to go to bed like this.
