If you start to say how your anxiety affects you , people will share how they cope & deal with theirs ,as we all suffer anxiety , but it can also affect us in certain ways

Yes there is medication to help , usually if you go & see your GP , they will discuss this with you

Hi leah, go and see your docs, in the meantime try to keep busy so you take your mind off the anxiety.

I'm always busy lol a o.t. from the learning disabilities team help me on anxiety management.

hi leah,welcome to the site, as others have said there are many ways of learning to cope with anxiety, if you keep posting how you are feeling + what meds you may be on, there are lots of great people on here with lots of knowledge about coping with anxiety am sure they would love to share with you. take care. x
