EMDR.. anyone?

I am due to start EMDR next week. I have put it off for quite some time for one reason or another but I finally feel brave enough to start this. Anyone else on this journey? Or any success stories? My therapist thinks I have lots of little traumas mostly including health and death and believes this will help my health anxiety and my GAD.

I've had successful EMDR.

I didn't realize how much had gone on in my past until I did my intake.

The therapist took the smaller things first and worked up to the two biggest ones.

It was exhausting emotionally but well worth it.
