I was so concerned about having an anxiety attack while I had a lot of family hike for Christmas and I did just fine ❤️ I was worried about when my kids started to head back to their various lives that I would relapse because I missed them so much…. So far I am doing fine 👍🏻 Now I am concerned about falling back to the thoughts and feelings that caused my panic attacks to return this year lol…. Sigh.
Such is the cycle I’m trying to learn from, accept, and overcome.

Hi well done, I would try and keep busy and not over think on if your going to get your thoughts back which cause anxiety as this may bring them back, maby say STOP,🛑 when you start over thinking just let the thoughts go have you some meditation to fill your mind with good thoughts,I have similar issues I'm working on and keeping busy and distracted helps I need to start my meditation again, this time of year Is a struggle everything seems worst try look forward to summer and plans on things in the garden etc hopefully you have one🤗
