I voluntarily admitted to a psychiatric hospital Friday and got back home today. I don’t know if it helped but they added lexapro to my meds. Plus while I was there they gave me visteral and Trazadone. I guess the message they gave me is use meds as much as possible to prevent more panic attacks. I was hoping for better options. But I’m grateful to be back home.

It's good you're home and hope you're doing better. Unfortunately, I think that medication is all that some mental health facilities will do. Just keep telling yourself you will be okay.
I'm glad you got the help you needed.
I needed medication so I could focus on my therapy,
I'm thinking the hospital is more for handling the acute issue? That's why you were given meds, to stabilize your panic?
I hope the meds have helped the panic
