Well I went off my meds in late July. I have done well and now things are acting up again. Going to start Trintellex tonight. I was on mirtazapine but was starting to gain weight. Part of my anxiety is starting up new medication as well. Ugh how I do not like this at all!

well you know what you need to do, and by the looks of it you are doing everything right. As I say to everyone else, take a deep breath and relax
I also have anxiety about taking new medications. I would read that little pamphlet they give you with it about possible side effects and Google the medication. NOT a good idea, by the way. It is hard, but need to try to trust your doctor and not worry about every possible side effect because there is no guarantee they even happen. Good luck with it. I hope it goes well for you and helps you.
