Too many meds

Is anyone taking three different meds for depression? I am taking venlaxafine and vraylar in the morning and mirtazapine before bedtime. I don't like taking all this medication but every time I try to cut back I get depressed.

I've now got Cymbalta in the morning and Mirtazipine at night. Helps with sleep so I don't mind. Adding Cymbalta greatly enhanced my mood. I mean deep down I know I am still depressed, but to some degree I really mostly now experience anxiety only. I know taking meds stink and we never really know the true impacts on our body. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health, so if the meds are working and side effects are limited.....seems like the right option for now. Every time I try to come off of anything I quickly realized I need to consult my Dr. as symptoms return. Hang in there!
