what would be good is if you have friends that understand you and know you and can calm you down or ortherwise to count to 10 and begin calming yourself. But with family and friends they will tolerate as you explain it to them Try anger management books though as might be good idea
You cannot do this. Especially if you are in the US, you know how seriously threats are taken these days. You should see a therapist if you are not already doing so and you should also consider medication. Even though you do not mean to carry out the threats, you can get in serious trouble by making them, as has already happened by being banned from your campus.
When I was a child my father would come home and we would run to our rooms and be quiet until my mother came and got us [about an hour]. My father went to anger management and really worked the process. Gradually he got better. It never truly went away. I did go away to the extent that when he lost his temper you usually knew why and it was justified and controlled. The important thing is that you recognize you have a problem and that you want to do something about it. If I were you, I would definitely go to some sort of anger management. Additionally your college should have some sort of counseling program that might be willing to work with you.
