I was able to make it through the night. I ate some crackers and some granola bars. I had terrible night sweats all night. I’m not sure if that’s a symptom of anxiety. I also got my period so I’m sure that doesn’t help. I need to eat this morning. We are going to a restaurant for breakfast but I’m nervous. I feel like there is no light at the end of the tunnel.

Hi Daisy425, well done at making through the night. Did you get any sleep? I would try to just let your self calm down with some deep breaths and meditation.

thank you! I was able to sleep. We’re at breakfast and I’m going to try to eat pancakes. It is causing so much anxiety right now

Try to focus on something mundane either sound wise or visually. This often helps for me.

It sounds like its anxiety to me. Theres always light at the end of the tunnel, your anxious mind is telling you things that may not be true, know that your perfectly safe

So glad you made the night....woo hoo! You got yourself out there today! I hope the fever has stopped....but sometimes I get that before my cycle too. I hope you are now in a good spot for the day. Cheers.
