Trintellix 20mg help

Hello all,

Recently(like 2 weeks ago) my new psychiatrist boosted me from trintellix 10mg to 20mg because of a combination of bad anxiety and mild depression. All has been slightly but steadily improving, however yesterday I flew in to visit my parents for the holidays for the first time since moving out 4 months ago and I’ve felt very odd. I’ve felt spaced out and very anxious, to the point where I was worrying I was ill or something. That’s anxiety for you I guess. Anyone have any similar experiences? I have a video appointment with my psychiatrist in a couple days but I’m wondering if it’s the medicine that’s causing me to feel weird or if it’s the weird feelings associated with visiting after a few months.

Hello . It could be the mix of changing your medication dose , the tiredness of traveling and anxiety of going back to visit relatives. Anxiety effects everyone differently but for me traveling and tiredness really spikes up my anxiety . I wouldn't be too concerned about it but you have the video call so it's probably worth a mention . I hope you enjoy your stay
