Seek support and friendship - not advice please

I have been unwell for about nine months, one thing after another. First I had an adrenal insufficiency problem where my back went and was in agony for a week, could barely move and in so much pain, even the morphine did not help much. Then was told I had a cyst on my ovary and had a bad stomach etc due to that. Now that has subsidied and have - for the first time ever - got a constantly badly congested nose - struggling to breath at all even with mouth open because I also have very small lungs that do not take in much air. This has been going on for six weeks now. Doctors give you nasal sprays etc but none of them make or they make it worse. Some support, understanding and friendship would be very welcome and reciprocated. No suggestions, so called solutions or advice please.

Sorry to hear that you've been dealing with ongoing health struggles for the last 9 months. Multiple chronic issues defn take a toll on us. If it's not one thing it's another and addressing them is as exhausting as being on a merry go round. Just wanted to say a hello
