I do get that feeling most time but I try to look for something to make those negative thoughts go away from my head....it can be something you love or anything..just give it a try
I understand, I’m currently awake with some pretty unpleasant thoughts about loneliness. Try to find something to do that makes you feel good, even if it’s a warm shower. When all else fails, it comforts me to remind myself that I’m not in an emotional state where I’m making accurate judgments about myself. Hang in there.
Mmm, I'm scared about you. We are who we think we are and not what we look like. This sounds cheesy but not if u really think about it. I have seen dam good looking people with so much low self-esteem and I have seen wooo u know who acts like models then I realized that it is not how u look but how u think u look. Are u comparing urself to people? That is the worse thing u can ever do blv me. I know it's easier said than done but it's true. Be comfortable in ur own skin. If there are things u don't like about urself, do something about it. We all know u can change ur shape simply by exercise. U can change a mindset by reading a book that will change ur thinking and repeating what's inside it over and over again. Yes, it going to be baby steps but eventually u will get there. Hope u get to a place where u see someone else other than the one u are seeing
thank you im comparing to one person and im 27 and i have trauma but this, this feeling is new and my already there depression seems to like it if you know what i mean. but yesterday i had a glimpse of what i used to be and then it was gone i want to learnto keep tht happy
The beautiful thing is that u know what u want and u know what is missing, that power is in ur hands. The fact that u want to go back to the way u looked before tells me u know the how's to get there. U will be fine thou I can see that u have strenght

Good morning. I hope you are feeling better about yourself. I'll be you have a beautiful smile!!! We all have ups and downs and a lot more anxiety with all these lockdowns and crazy times we are living in now. Don't give up! One of the tings that ALWAYS make me feel better is to volunteer to help others. Some help at a animal shelter, church or homeless shelter. I personally volunteer weekly for the local Salvation Army and anther local resourc center. I always leave feeling uplifted because I can help others and I focus on them, not me. Also, uplifting music is a huge blessing to me. Find some favorite songs and play them when you feel down. I personally live in Ohio and the winter seems unending with grey clouds, cold and snow. I can't wait for spring to come this year!!!

Hope you are having a good day! I am often surprised when I change my thinking it changes my feelings. It doesn't always works, but often it does. For example, I think to myself, "I am enough...I am worthy...I am beautiful...I am loved...Iam loving...I am lovable." This sounds like an overwhelmingly lonely place to be...I am truly sending love your way. I was struck by your post because it was short and yet it communicated so much. And it was so much that I could relate to. I’ve had similar thoughts about having bipolar disorder going into depression is out of the blue feeling like it’s just never going to end and that it’s not worth it. I don’t support toxic positivity, so I’m not going to try to pressure you to feel better, but I will say the fact that you came here and reached out to people and you were so honest is incredibly courageous. You probably have a strength much greater than you are aware of at the moment. And that strength will help you get through Darker days, I believe that.

These are tough times, take it easy. I have trouble sometimes with severe depression and just feeling frustrated. Try to think or write down at least 5 things you like about yourself. It's so easy sometimes to dwell on what was negative about your day and dismiss anything positive that happened. At least finally the Covid vaccine is slowly getting out. Take one day at a time. You're a beautiful person, we all are.
