Can’t get out of my head

Hi, I’m new here so I’m a little nervous. With this whole quarantine thing going on, I can’t seem to get out of my head. I am constantly over thinking every little thing. Especially when it comes to my health. I can’t seem to stop googling things and thinking of the worst possible outcomes. Does anyone know anything to help me get out of my own head? I would very much appreciate it!

Hi

Try meditation and exercise, that's what helps me.

Stop looking at Google. You will be imagining all sorts of health problems wrong with you.

Most health concerns are not in any way dangerous, all you are doing is making yourself sensitized to your body and imagining you are not well

It's definitely not easy. I've been watching a lot of YouTube.

Yeah it’s a really difficult time isn’t it 😔

Try to have some time to yourself not reading or watching or listening to anything about it and doing something to distract yourself at least once a day 💕

Lonewolf0407 welcome to this forum. try going to YouTube for therapy. look up "social anxiety disorder and depression", "youtube for anxiety". there are lots of awesome material to look at.
