Me too. I always feel sad and distraught. Daily. It's just an issue I deal with.
I knowit's important to go on, so I just keep going on, but sometimes I really am just super scared and barely know hang in there. I do deep breathing Journaling prayer meditation exercise, all of the above, and I still get stressed out. Really stressed out for basically no reason. And I don't want that to be my life anymore so I'm trying to figure out a way to change that and if anyone has any suggestions I'm open
