Usually when I don’t sleep good I start getting more depressed and my days become longer. My mind starts to race and even though there may be nothing wrong at that time it feels like a million things are wrong. It only happens like 5 days a month but getting past those days feel like it last the whole month. Every time I talk to my therapist about it she jumps right to being on sleeping medicine. I tried melatonin but it makes my stomach hurt. It doesn’t make sense because I’m usually busy from early morning to late at night I never really stop.

Insight Timer has some great ones.
Best of luck to you & I get not wanting to use meds. Maybe cbd could help with the sleep and anxiety?
