For a change I am feeling a bit better today. anxiety is on the low side. not sure if it's because I got out of the house yesterday and was outside raking up some leaves. I haven't taken any ativan this morning either. I don't have anything to do today I might nosedive at some point but for now I feel pretty good and I will take it.
